Questions we are usually asked first.

What happens after I send this?: One of our engineers reads it, usually whoever would end up doing the work. If it looks like a fit we will suggest a call. If it is not, you get a short honest answer rather than silence.
Do you work with our existing team?: Often, and it usually works better that way. We review each other's work, share what we learn, and aim to leave things in a state your own team is happy to own.
What do you need to get started?: An hour with whoever knows the problem best, access to whatever already exists, and permission to tell you what we find.
Where are you, and does it matter?: We are in Kathmandu, Nepal. Our afternoon is Europe's morning and our morning is the American evening, which gives us four hours of real overlap with either, and a habit of writing things down for the hours in between.
